Impeccably clean hotel
Excellent friendly and hospitable staff. Great and favorable location. Next door to a very large regional mall with many choices for shopping and restaurants

Very loud and Noisy heater kept me awake all night, Also could not get served in restaurant even though it was inky 8pm, gal was cashing out, no apology, nothing!

Pleasant surprises awaited in the spacious rooms here, with a cozy sitting area, handy ironing set, and functional work desk. 🛋️ The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the lovely bathroom added a touch of luxury. The staff were all so polite and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to shopping centers and restaurants. The rooms were comfy and mine was well-appointed with drinks and high Queen beds.

The location gave a close place to stay in the Southcenter Mall area. The kids liked the swimming pool.
Stayed there for Thanksgiving (2 days), limited service on Thanksgiving Day and room was not visited in their limited hours of servicing. Has diapers and towels we would have liked to get traded out sooner than late afternoon/evening.

When we visit Tukwila, like staying here. The staff are excellent friendly, the hotel is impeccably clean and the breakfast is satisfactory. Facilities are clean, and there's shuttle to airport. Happy to have cafe in the lobby.
